The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 7th match minute, Jakarta Wanderers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jakob Rumangkit to maneuver through the defense. Jaru-Uaru's Dito Braga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Urruti in the 12th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Jaru-Uaru's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Urruti came free, but Dito Braga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jakarta Wanderers FC's Luke Skywalker got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 24 minutes into the game, Jakob Rumangkit was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jakarta Wanderers FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jaru-Uaru the free kick. A collision led to Jakarta Wanderers FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Jakob Rumangkit hit a great ball. In the 25th minute Ronaldo Alagoano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leszek Laba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leszek Laba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fellipe Rosa in the 26th minute of play. If Dasep Sitanggang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dito Braga didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luke Skywalker went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After having played for 48 minutes, Kuntet Arbi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jakarta Wanderers FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kuntet Arbi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luis Urruti to make the kick off. Luis Urrutis short, quick shot in the 56thth minute got Dito Braga to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Kuntet Arbi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dito Braga having to interfere. The supporters of Jaru-Uaru booed when Jakarta Wanderers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. 陶浩克 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dito Braga made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Luis Urruti sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Agnaldo Sarmento during the 73rd minute. Dito Braga made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Luis Urruti sent off a good shot on target. In the 86th minute Luke Skywalker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dito Braga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Gerson Guimarães came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Jaru-Uaru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gerson Guimarães couldn't finish the play. Luis Urruti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dito Braga having to interfere.
