After having played for 6 minutes, Fabio Lano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ceci Basket Ball Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabio Lano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. progreso's Teodoro Dorio was substituted for Sergio Lauren. András Murai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabio Lano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of progreso booed when Ceci Basket Ball Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melchor Eder didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aureliano Adrio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ceci Basket Ball Club's Adriano Picciano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Ceci Basket Ball Club from getting a goal against them. Jose Urti kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. After 26 played minutes Melchor Eder shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for progreso's András Murai to catch but Melchor Eder was lucky. It became 1-1 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. Sergio Mano charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sergio Mano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. András Murai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arsenio Locaio in the 33rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabio Lano in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg András Murai saved progreso from getting behind. András Murai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabio Rencio in the 39th minute of play. Fabio Rencio hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

progreso made a substitution. Zacarias Hartz replaced Rodolfo Videl. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arsenio Locaio to make the kick off. The supporters of Ceci Basket Ball Club booed when progreso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernan Senen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adriano Picciano came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by progreso's Gabriel Fernandez. But to his dismay, Gabriel Fernandez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Arsenio Locaio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without András Murai having to interfere. Federico Karlo kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. With a little luck, progreso's András Murai got control of the ball when Aureliano Adrio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ceci Basket Ball Club's Adriano Picciano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zacarias Hartz in the 93rd minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, Ceci Basket Ball Club's goal looked a bit too open when Prudencio Checa came free, but Adriano Picciano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute, Zacarias Hartz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adriano Picciano was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. progreso's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
