In the 11th minute Ladislao Bartoleme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victoriano Horado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the game, Jabones Tocadores's Orlando Mena nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Victoriano Horado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After 16 played minutes Jabones Tocadores got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Saturnin. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Mena in the 23rd minute of play forced Devoto club social's goalkeeper Victoriano Horado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Victoriano Horado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ladislao Bartoleme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute, David Martinez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The corner ended in Epifanio Ferdinand almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Jabones Tocadores's Alípio Torres did a great save. After 47 played minutes, Devoto club social's Epifanio Ferdinand shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alípio Torres came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Devoto club social reached it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emanuel Gartzen to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Devoto club social's goalkeeper Victoriano Horado, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Devoto club social's Venancio Brion was substituted for Desiderio Galsino. After a rather tough play, Jabones Tocadores's Dionisio Sustrai got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 95thth minute of the game Venancio Brion who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jabones Tocadores's Alípio Torres was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Devoto club social fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Jabones Tocadores were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
