Eriberto Abadia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elad Min, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Eriberto Abadia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godfredo Ortzi in the 10th minute of the match. Richard Pettersson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 22 played minutes Inter de zarate FC got a freekick which was hit by Fausto Caton. After 23 played minutes Berreta FC got a freekick which was hit by Santos Piearres. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silverio Lizar in the 26th minute of play forced Inter de zarate FC's goalkeeper Sixto Franco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Inter de zarate FC's Fausto Caton got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 31 minutes Berreta FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fausto Caton who took care of the corner kick. Inter de zarate FC's Richard Pettersson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Eriberto Abadia in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Berreta FC's Eriberto Abadia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godfredo Ortzi in the 33rd minute of play. Sixto Franco made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Salvador Ermengol sent off a good shot on target. In the 37th minute, Santos Piearres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eriberto Abadia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fausto Caton went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. A collision led to Berreta FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Bernardo Aires hit a great ball. Tomás Claude hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Salvador Ermengol in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sixto Franco saved Inter de zarate FC from getting behind. Eriberto Abadia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godfredo Ortzi in the 55th minute of the match. Fausto Catons short, quick shot in the 56thth minute got Eriberto Abadia to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Sixto Franco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salvador Ermengol, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. 60 minutes into the game, Inter de zarate FC's Fausto Caton nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eriberto Abadia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Eriberto Abadia was a little too slow when Godfredo Ortzi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 69th minute. The score was now 0-4. 76 minutes into the match, Berreta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Godfredo Ortzi came free, but Eriberto Abadia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sixto Franco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Azibar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Inter de zarate FC booed when Berreta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santos Piearres didn't get a good kick on the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Fausto Caton notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Berreta FC's Eriberto Abadia. Eriberto Abadia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fausto Caton who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 90thth minute tested the skills of Eriberto Abadia when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 91 minutes into the game, Angelito Di Maria was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Inter de zarate FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Berreta FC the free kick. After 91 played minutes Inter de zarate FC got a freekick which was hit by Angelito Di Maria. Sixto Franco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silverio Lizar in the 93rd minute of play. The Inter de zarate FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Inter de zarate FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
