Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emilio Cordarius in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eriberto Abadia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Isidoro Laurendi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silverio Lizar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Haroldo Ado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. In the 69th minute Ulises Rico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eriberto Abadia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 69 played minutes Berreta FC got a freekick which was hit by Zacarias Dodorol. 73 minutes had been played when some careless play by Berreta FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Hugo Dabi was slow to take the kick. During this time Villa Martelli Soc. Fom.'s players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Villa Martelli Soc. Fom.'s corner Ulises Rico fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Eriberto Abadia quite easily take care of the ball. Silverio Lizar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Haroldo Ado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fom. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Villa Martelli Soc. Fom.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
