The supporters of Los Muchachos del 86 booed when Club Estudiantes de Mza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dé 孙策 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atahan Balon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filomeno Llorian, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Dario Cvitanich's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 13thth minute, Atahan Balon skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saverio Brion in the 14th minute of play forced Club Estudiantes de Mza's goalkeeper Victorino Timo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Estudiantes de Mza's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cristian Urtzi was slow to take the kick. During this time Los Muchachos del 86's players had a chance to rest. Club Estudiantes de Mza's Victorino Timo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo-Enrique Bochini in the 16th minute of play. After 18 minutes Club Estudiantes de Mza's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cristian Urtzi who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Los Muchachos del 86's corner Cristian Urtzi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Victorino Timo quite easily take care of the ball. With his leg Atahan Balon managed to avoid a goal in the 19thth minute, when Club Estudiantes de Mza's Justino Amaya fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 20 played minutes Club Estudiantes de Mza got a freekick which was hit by Filomeno Llorian. 22 minutes into the match, Los Muchachos del 86's Ricardo-Enrique Bochini sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Victorino Timo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Saverio Brion might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Victorino Timo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Saverio Brion ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 25th minute, Dé 孙策 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28th minute Saverio Brion shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorino Timo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dario Cvitanich in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Atahan Balon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Los Muchachos del 86's Ricardo-Enrique Bochini in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A well-hit corner resulted in Kennet Sundling heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saverio Brion in the 46th minute of play forced Club Estudiantes de Mza's goalkeeper Victorino Timo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 66th minute Dario Cvitanich shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atahan Balon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristian Urtzi made a great header on Los Muchachos del 86's corner, it was just that Club Estudiantes de Mza's Victorino Timo managed to reach the ball for a save. Los Muchachos del 86's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cristian Urtzi in the 96th minute. Los Muchachos del 86's Cristian Urtzi was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Victorino Timo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Club Estudiantes de Mza had won after a very even match.
