Trenel AFC's Arnoldo Sandalio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Montez in the 7th minute of play. Jorge Montez might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arnoldo Sandalio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jorge Montez ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 11th minute Jorge Montez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnoldo Sandalio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Faustino Rencio managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when Trenel AFC's Timoteo Matro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jorge Montez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnoldo Sandalio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Timoteo Matro's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Faustino Rencio firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 19thth minute of the game Gerardo Matai who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Trenel AFC's Arnoldo Sandalio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Hugo Sayveon fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kakeros FC's protests and gave Hugo Sayveon a yellow card for diving instead. Hugo Sayveon hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Kakeros FC's Faustino Rencio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manfred Kjellqvist in the 21st minute of play. Jorge Montez struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Arnoldo Sandalio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kakeros FC. The audience was convinced that Gerardo Matai's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arnoldo Sandalio was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. In the 26th minute of the match Kakeros FC got a corner. Trenel AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Damian Bittor ran over to the corner to take the kick. With an all-out effort, Trenel AFC's Faustino Rencio threw himself towards the right post 30 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bruno Gregory, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Kakeros FC's Hugo Sayveon got his second yellow card of the match in the 31st minute. The referee ordered Hugo Sayveon off the ground. In the 32nd minute, Hugo Sayveon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Faustino Rencio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manfred Kjellqvist in the 33rd minute of play. Arnoldo Sandalio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerardo Matai, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Faustino Rencio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alastair Moody in the 43rd minute of the match. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alastair Moody to strike the kick off in the second half. Mateo Uhin hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Arnoldo Sandalio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerardo Matai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kakeros FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Damian Bittor in the 71st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gerardo Matai in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnoldo Sandalio saved Trenel AFC from getting behind. Arnoldo Sandalio made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Jorge Montez sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Trenel AFC booed when Kakeros FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alvaro Rioja didn't get a good kick on the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Alastair Moody notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Kakeros FC's Faustino Rencio. Faustino Rencio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manfred Kjellqvist in the 85th minute of play forced Kakeros FC's goalkeeper Faustino Rencio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The coaching staff of Kakeros FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Arnoldo Prejun had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Faustino Rencio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celedonio Frascuelo, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. There was no doubt that Trenel AFC were the better team. Trenel AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
