Barrialito's Nacho Chico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esequiel Barco in the 10th minute of play. Adolfo Quirze charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adolfo Quirze the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nacho Chico was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Esequiel Barco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nacho Chico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esequiel Barco, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Esequiel Barco took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nacho Chico. Nacho Chico dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.
The wind increased when Rosendo Natal made the kick off in the second half. Zeledon Asur kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 55thth minute of the game Júlio Viveiros who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barrialito's Nacho Chico was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 55 minutes, Júlio Viveiros made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Barrialito's Nacho Chico tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Nacho Chico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emmanuel Gigliotti in the 57th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the game, Emmanuel Gigliotti cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. A collision led to Barrialito getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Zeledon Asur hit a great ball. Nacho Chico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romulo Ekaitz in the 68th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emmanuel Gigliotti in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nacho Chico prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nacho Chico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emmanuel Gigliotti, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. The supporters of Curumalán AFC booed when Barrialito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gregorio Lop didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rosendo Natal in the 88th minute of play forced Curumalán AFC's goalkeeper Lin Mo Hong to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nacho Chico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emmanuel Gigliotti in the 89th minute of the match. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Barrialito's goalkeeper Nacho Chico, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
