Maximino Heli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 22nd minute Sven-Hendrik Ohmer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximino Heli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 27 played minutes docpato got a freekick which was hit by Tiburcio Ascencio. Maximino Heli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Hendrik Ohmer, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 35 minutes into the match, C.A.Esparta's goal looked a bit too open when Romulo Urtzi came free, but Evelio Salvadore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Oswaldo Junior sped through docpato's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maximino Heli. Maximino Heli came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by C.A.Esparta's Oswaldo Junior. But to his dismay, Oswaldo Junior quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. C.A.Esparta made a substitution. Froilan Nerio replaced Filip Wawrukiewicz. When the match was over C.A.Esparta could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than docpato throughout the match.
