When Concha y Toro's Everardo Fonda in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gladiadores's goalie prevented a goal. Concha y Toro's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Arnoldo Hermelando in the 8th minute. Donato Astrada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Helmuts Picukāns, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Donato Astrada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albino Belo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Concha y Toro's Nico Armada in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 18th minute of the match Leon Papo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Daniel Urbasa skillfully saved the ball. Everardo Fonda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Daniel Urbasa made a huge save. The referee felt a red card was in order, 27 minutes into the game, when Blas Beila put in a rough tackle. 27 minutes into the game, one of Gladiadores:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Daniel Urbasa came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Concha y Toro's Arnoldo Hermelando. But to his dismay, Arnoldo Hermelando quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Albino Belo in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Donato Astrada prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Daniel Urbasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Everardo Fonda in the 33rd minute of play. Everardo Fonda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Urbasa having to interfere. Concha y Toro's Nico Armada got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Everardo Fonda made a kick off. With his leg Donato Astrada managed to avoid a goal in the 52ndth minute, when Gladiadores's Albino Belo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 58 minutes into the game, one of Concha y Toro:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Donato Astrada had in the 60thth minute some difficulties stopping Lindo Trabucco's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Victor Berdaitz struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Donato Astrada didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gladiadores. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albino Belo in the 64th minute of play forced Concha y Toro's goalkeeper Donato Astrada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Donato Astrada made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Albino Belo sent off a good shot on target. Placido Bermund struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Daniel Urbasa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Concha y Toro. Concha y Toro's Candido Sansone was substituted for Everardo Fonda. After some careless play in the Gladiadores defense, Nico Armada kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniel Urbasa. The Gladiadores fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Urbasa should have stopped the shot. Donato Astrada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marciano Pettinelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 80 played minutes Gladiadores got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Pereyra. Placido Bermund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out.
