In the 6th minute, Sixto Aimar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Harry Deckberg in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eulalio Faron saved Perros del sur from getting behind. Pablo Guipuzkoa kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Harry Deckberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eulalio Faron having to interfere. In the 17th minute, Sixto Aimar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Mauro Izotz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Majadita FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mauro Izotz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eulalio Faron breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 23 minutes into the match, Perros del sur's goal looked a bit too open when Melquiades Esiquio came free, but Eulalio Faron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Majadita FC's Mauro Izotz in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Perros del sur's goalie prevented a goal. Eulalio Faron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Izotz in the 26th minute of the match. Perros del sur's Eulalio Faron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melquiades Esiquio in the 31st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Izotz in the 32nd minute of play forced Perros del sur's goalkeeper Eulalio Faron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Perros del sur's Eulalio Faron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Izotz in the 35th minute of play. Eulalio Faron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauro Izotz, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Federico Reyes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donato Viator in the 37th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Majadita FC's Eulalio Faron threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Melquiades Esiquio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Eulalio Faron made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mauro Izotz in the 46th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mauro Izotz was the one to do the kick off. Eulalio Faron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Izotz in the 51st minute of play. The supporters of Majadita FC booed when Perros del sur was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sixto Aimar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eulalio Faron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Izotz in the 54th minute of the match. Majadita FC's Ezequiel Frisco was substituted for Pablo Guipuzkoa. Majadita FC's Cirilo Oier was substituted for Mauro Izotz. Perros del sur's Eulalio Faron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cirilo Oier in the 61st minute of play. Eulalio Faron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cirilo Oier in the 69th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Cirilo Oier made a precise shot to the right of Eulalio Faron. Perros del sur's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cirilo Oier in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eulalio Faron prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 75th minute of the match Majadita FC got a corner. Perros del sur's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Demis Tzanabetis ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Majadita FC's corner Demis Tzanabetis fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Eulalio Faron quite easily take care of the ball. Melquiades Esiquio struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Eulalio Faron didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Majadita FC. The audience was convinced that Cirilo Oier's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eulalio Faron was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. 86 minutes into the match, Perros del sur's goal looked a bit too open when Melquiades Esiquio came free, but Eulalio Faron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 88 minutes, Cirilo Oier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Majadita FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cirilo Oier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eulalio Faron stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cirilo Oier's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. Cirilo Oier's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eulalio Faron read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. If Cirilo Oier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 94 minutes into the game, Cirilo Oier cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Eulalio Faron was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Majadita FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Perros del sur had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
