In the 18th minute, Soldados De Román's Angelo Borges ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tiburcio Gaueko. Tiburcio Gaueko yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 22nd minute Marco Pero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eulalio Urbasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Academia FC's zone, Angelo Borges stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tiburcio Gaueko came out of the goal and Angelo Borges tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tiburcio Gaueko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Borges in the 30th minute of the match. The Soldados De Román fans' excitement grew in the 30th match minute when Soldados De Román's Angelo Borges looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Tiburcio Gaueko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelo Borges in the 34th minute of play. Eulalio Urbasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Pero in the 36th minute of play. 江崇默 made a great header on Academia FC's corner, it was just that Soldados De Román's Eulalio Urbasa managed to reach the ball for a save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

59 minutes into the match, Academia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Borges came free, but Tiburcio Gaueko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Soldados De Román's Maximo Goren was substituted for Edelmiro Ramone. 江崇默 made in the 63rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Soldados De Román's Gilson Rodrigues. Academia FC's Tiburcio Gaueko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Borges in the 67th minute of play. A collision led to Academia FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. 江崇默 hit a great ball. Soldados De Román's Aquilino Gonchan was substituted for Filiberto Henric. Tiburcio Gaueko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guilherme Basso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 77 minutes into the game, Soldados De Román's Guilherme Basso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tiburcio Gaueko made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Paolo-César Maldini hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Angelo Borges recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 86th minute, Angelo Borges left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Soldados De Román fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. After a rather tough play, Academia FC's Alvaro Iraitz got a free kick in the 95th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Soldados De Román fully deserved thier win.
