The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of FC Ochobits 88 booed when Gaboto FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hilario Eleazar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6th minute, Fonso Garzona ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Primitivo Ermengol was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After 9 played minutes Rudolf Bank rounded FC Ochobits 88's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. Rudolf Bank scored 3-0 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Primitivo Ermengol, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 15th minute, Fonso Garzona got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Primitivo Ermengol didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 16th minute, which inside left pole to 4-0. Primitivo Ermengol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benicio Perez in the 36th minute of the match. Aquilino Joey made in the 38th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Frechoso Peruyera however managed to control. An unexpectedly hard shot by Apolo Bazil in the 48th minute of play forced Gaboto FC's goalkeeper Abelardo Selatse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frechoso Peruyera to make the kick off. After 53 minutes, Matias Euloxu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Ochobits 88 and the Gaboto FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to FC Ochobits 88 getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Matias Euloxu hit a great ball. Primitivo Ermengol didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Frechoso Peruyera went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. FC Ochobits 88's Delmiro Chus was substituted for Victoriano Orlin. FC Ochobits 88's Maximiliano Fresco was substituted for Filomeno Txurio. Alberto Imperiale kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Gaboto FC's Hilario Eleazar got a free kick in the 76th minute. After having played for 76 minutes, Esteve Birila managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Ochobits 88's supporters crossed their fingers, but Esteve Birila was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 80th minute Fonso Garzona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Primitivo Ermengol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, FC Ochobits 88's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Imperiale came free, but Primitivo Ermengol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the FC Ochobits 88 defense, Alberto Imperiale kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Primitivo Ermengol. The FC Ochobits 88 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Primitivo Ermengol should have stopped the shot. Primitivo Ermengol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rudolf Bank, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Primitivo Ermengol stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fonso Garzona's shot from short distance in the 98th minute. There was no doubt that Gaboto FC were the better team. Gaboto FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
