Baldomiro Lobo charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Baldomiro Lobo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 4 played minutes LOS TRES PIERNAS got a freekick which was hit by Baldomiro Lobo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Godofredo Marin in the 5th minute of play forced LOS TRES PIERNAS's goalkeeper Danilo Tome to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Esteve Ariando came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Maravilla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Esteve Ariando couldn't finish the play. Cruz Credo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Danilo Tome read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Maravilla's Nemanja Vidić managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Rogelio Castulo in the 11 minute of the game. 12 minutes into the game, Maravilla's Cruz Credo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Danilo Tome made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 15th minute Cruz Credo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danilo Tome saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 16 minutes LOS TRES PIERNAS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was César de Senna who took care of the corner kick. Danilo Tome made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esteve Ariando in the 19th minute of play. Esteve Ariando hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Danilo Tome took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godofredo Marin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes into the match, LOS TRES PIERNAS's goal looked a bit too open when Cruz Credo came free, but Danilo Tome reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeronimo Gines took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lisandro Feliz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cruz Credo took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Danilo Tome. Danilo Tome dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Haroldo Romelios short, quick shot in the 38thth minute got Jeronimo Gines to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of LOS TRES PIERNAS booed when Maravilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorino Txomin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Danilo Tome showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cruz Credo, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cruz Credo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cruz Credo in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Danilo Tome prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Danilo Tome stood somewhat misplaced when Cruz Credo came free in front of goal and shot 0-3 to the left of him in the 53 minute. With an all-out effort, Maravilla's Danilo Tome threw himself towards the right post 57 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cruz Credo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 60 minutes into the match, LOS TRES PIERNAS's goal looked a bit too open when Cruz Credo came free, but Danilo Tome reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 61 minutes LOS TRES PIERNAS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was César de Senna who took care of the corner kick. When Maravilla's Cruz Credo in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After a rather tough play, Maravilla's Esteve Ariando got a free kick in the 82nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Valentin Orzaize during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 84th match minute, LOS TRES PIERNAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Orzaize to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 85 minutes, Cruz Credo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maravilla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cruz Credo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cruz Credo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Danilo Tome having to make a save. Danilo Tome showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cruz Credo in the 87th minute of the match. Baldomiro Lobo hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Maravilla made a substitution. Victoriano Estevez replaced Cruz Credo. After 96 played minutes LOS TRES PIERNAS got a freekick which was hit by Baldomiro Lobo. The LOS TRES PIERNAS fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Maravilla were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
