The audience thought a goal was coming when Elvio Rey got free with Aquiles Ellande in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 8th minute Piara Gerli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteve Rico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. VAMO ARRIBA were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after Hernandarias's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Leonides Vela took the corner. VAMO ARRIBA's attentive Ignacio Bernebe managed to snatch the ball when José Augusto Cadena made a throw-in in the 12th minute of the game. Aquiles Ellande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Augusto Cadena in the 14th minute of play. Hernandarias's Gervasio Gaskon got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Esteve Rico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zoltán Battai, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Aquiles Ellande showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Augusto Cadena, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Zoltán Battai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteve Rico having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, VAMO ARRIBA's goalkeeper Aquiles Ellande had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elvio Rey. Piara Gerli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Piara Gerli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteve Rico having to interfere. After some careless play in the VAMO ARRIBA defense, Gervasio Gaskon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aquiles Ellande. The VAMO ARRIBA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aquiles Ellande should have stopped the shot. In the 48th minute Zoltán Battai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteve Rico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell José Augusto Cadena to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Piara Gerli put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Esteve Rico. Piara Gerli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Esteve Rico made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Piara Gerli took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Esteve Rico to make any attempt to save it. 61 minutes into the match, Piara Gerli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Esteve Rico. Hernandarias's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Piara Gerli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. VAMO ARRIBA made a substitution. Ysmael Tercero replaced Zoltán Battai. If José Augusto Cadena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Piara Gerli who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Esteve Rico when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 74th minute, Piara Gerli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Piara Gerli got free with Esteve Rico in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Piara Gerli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Esteve Rico made a huge save. Esteve Rico stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Piara Gerli's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. 88 minutes into the game, Ysmael Tercero recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Esteve Rico. Ysmael Tercero showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-7. The audience thought a goal was coming when Piara Gerli got free with Esteve Rico in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hernandarias's Esteve Rico proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Hernandarias from getting a goal against them. 94 minutes into the match, Hernandarias's goalkeeper Esteve Rico had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Piara Gerli. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Piara Gerli in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Esteve Rico prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aquiles Ellande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gervasio Gaskon in the 95th minute of play. The Hernandarias supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching VAMO ARRIBA's performance. The match ended with a win for VAMO ARRIBA.
