Oscar Barto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ernesto Rosio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Oscar Barto came out and tried to block the shot, but Ernesto Rosio slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 26th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 29th minute of the game. One of Villa Klara SC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Quirós:s goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Ildefonso Chano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quirós's supporters rose to their feet, but Ildefonso Chano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciriaco Gonchan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Quirós's Oscar Barto got control of the ball when Javier Raymon tried to sneak it across the goal line. Raul Marko took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oscar Barto. Oscar Barto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Saturnino Remigio kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Quirós's Omar Lluques shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 68th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ciriaco Gonchan but with some difficulty. Hernan Iturri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Ciriaco Gonchan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Quirós booed when Villa Klara SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nereo Vito didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oscar Barto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Lordi, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. In the 94th match minute, Villa Klara SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Lordi to maneuver through the defense. Eriberto Peli kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
