In the 4th minute, Rene Flor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isidoro Frutos was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 10th minute, Rene Flor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isidoro Frutos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rene Flor in the 14th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Red Bull Crystallis's Rene Flor sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Isidoro Frutos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Rene Flor kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Isidoro Frutos. That made the score 3-0 in the 16 minute of play. In the 30th minute, Rene Flor made a precise shot to the right of Isidoro Frutos. Argentino de Merlo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. After a rather tough play, Red Bull Crystallis's Gualterio Castulo got a free kick in the 35th minute. Rene Flor blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Isidoro Frutos having to make a save. Isidoro Frutos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rene Flor, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Isidoro Frutos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Flor in the 42nd minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Rene Flor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute, Red Bull Crystallis's Rene Flor ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Isidoro Frutos. Isidoro Frutos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

In the 51st minute, Rene Flor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isidoro Frutos was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rene Flor in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isidoro Frutos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rene Flor scored 8-0 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Isidoro Frutos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Germain Poli struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Isidoro Frutos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Red Bull Crystallis. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Remigio Gonzalez during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 67 played minutes Argentino de Merlo got a freekick which was hit by Remigio Gonzalez. Isidoro Frutos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Germain Poli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Red Bull Crystallis made a substitution. Federico Arnas replaced Rene Flor. After 78 minutes Argentino de Merlo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was William Bodin who took care of the corner kick. Red Bull Crystallis's William Bodin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Isidoro Frutos in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Federico Arnas scored 10-0 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Isidoro Frutos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Red Bull Crystallis's William Bodin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Isidoro Frutos in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Federico Arnas in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isidoro Frutos saved Argentino de Merlo from getting behind. Red Bull Crystallis were awarded a corner in the 96th minute after Argentino de Merlo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. William Bodin took the corner. In the 97th minute Germain Poli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidoro Frutos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Red Bull Crystallis had played much better football throughout.
