After a defensive mix-up in Tetes Titans's zone, Jeronimo Santo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacinto Navarro came out of the goal and Jeronimo Santo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Braulio Ospin came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Tetes Titans fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Braulio Ospin couldn't finish the play. Jacinto Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Manuel Martínez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stasio Tokarczyk who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 67thth minute tested the skills of Luiz Guilherme Arce when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Giannis Michaloliakos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacinto Navarro was relentless in the 68th minute of the game.
