Alpachiri AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Electric Futbol Club the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Alpachiri AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 13th minute. Penalty! In the 20th match minute, Electric Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Caton to maneuver through the defense. Cirilo Emenon made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Rafael Leobardo sent off a good shot on target. 27 minutes into the game, Sergio-Daniel Martínez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Eduardo Karmel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luisito Abad took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cirilo Emenon. Cirilo Emenon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Sergio-Daniel Martínez made the kick off in the second half. Eduardo Karmel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergio-Daniel Martínez in the 50th minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Alpachiri AFC's goalkeeper Eduardo Karmel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fermin Bibiano. After 63 minutes, Froilan Atauri mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Electric Futbol Club and the Alpachiri AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alpachiri AFC's Santiago Txilar was substituted for Luisito Abad. The supporters of Alpachiri AFC booed when Electric Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Froilan Atauri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Electric Futbol Club's Cirilo Emenon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Elequemedo in the 67th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Santiago Txilar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 72 played minutes Electric Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Gaspar Leobardo. 74 minutes into the match, Electric Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Bartolome came free, but Cirilo Emenon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 74 minutes into the game, Alpachiri AFC's Patricio Bartolome nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cirilo Emenon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Fermin Bibiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 83rd minute Patricio Bartolome shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cirilo Emenon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rafael Leobardo was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The Electric Futbol Club supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Electric Futbol Club would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
