Club Deportivo Álvarez's Miguel Ángel Hvalica was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Fausto Kemen in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Fausto Kemen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Lohitzun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anastasio Berriotxoa took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Apolo Munio. Apolo Munio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Fausto Kemen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Juan Hvalica's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. The audience was convinced that Juan Hvalica's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fausto Kemen was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Fausto Kemen came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Deportivo Álvarez's Juan Hvalica. But to his dismay, Juan Hvalica quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juan Hvalica in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fausto Kemen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fausto Kemen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Lohitzun, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Shen Guo Yu made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo Álvarez's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Rojelio came free, but Apolo Munio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 57 minutes of play, Club Deportivo Álvarez's Adrian Lohitzun made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fausto Kemen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cervantes F.C.'s Fausto Kemen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Cervantes F.C. from getting a goal against them. Juan Hvalica recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cervantes F.C. made a substitution. Aurelio Bartuelo replaced Anastasio Berriotxoa. In the 72nd minute, Aurelio Bartuelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juan Hvalica hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Club Deportivo Álvarez eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
