They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Amável Quintas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Ferran in the 54th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Rio de la Plata 91218 3-1's Tiberiu Ghizdeanu threw himself towards the right post 71 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Astor Estevez, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Lopez Murphy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Tiberiu Ghizdeanu made a huge save. In the 95th minute, Rio de la Plata 91218 3-1's Lopez Murphy dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Rio de la Plata 91218 3-1 had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
