The supporters of Club Atlético Atlanta booed when Megistus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Bertol didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Atlanta's Emil Chwalkiewicz got a free kick in the 8th minute. Şevket Çağa might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ariel Qwinton. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Şevket Çağa ran back to his position shaking his head. Şevket Çağa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pankracy Glogowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolas Guzman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the match, Megistus's goal looked a bit too open when Şevket Çağa came free, but Ariel Qwinton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pankracy Glogowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Constantino Johans, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. If Nicolas Guzman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 23 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Constantino Johans came free, but Pankracy Glogowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Şevket Çağa notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Megistus's Ariel Qwinton. Ariel Qwinton was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nicolas Guzman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eustaquio Jaizki took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ariel Qwinton. Ariel Qwinton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 30 minutes into the match, Marcos Berdoi notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Megistus's Ariel Qwinton. Ariel Qwinton was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pankracy Glogowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Constantino Johans in the 36th minute of play. After 36 minutes of play, Megistus's Constantino Johans made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pankracy Glogowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ariel Qwinton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcos Berdoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 41 played minutes Club Atlético Atlanta got a freekick which was hit by Emil Chwalkiewicz. Megistus's Constantino Johans got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Club Atlético Atlanta booed when Megistus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leo Ondino didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Eustaquio Jaizki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ariel Qwinton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Berdoi in the 47th minute of play. Ariel Qwinton came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atlético Atlanta's Marcos Berdoi. But to his dismay, Marcos Berdoi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4.

58 minutes into the match, Marcos Berdoi notched a goal, 1-6, to the right of Megistus's Ariel Qwinton. Ariel Qwinton was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 61 minutes into the match, Megistus's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Berdoi came free, but Ariel Qwinton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 65 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Atlético Atlanta's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Leo Ondino was slow to take the kick. During this time Megistus's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Leo Ondino got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pankracy Glogowski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 66th minute, Şevket Çağa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcos Berdoi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Ariel Qwinton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eustaquio Jaizki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Ariel Qwinton made a huge save. In the 74th minute, Eustaquio Jaizki left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atlético Atlanta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-7. In the 76th match minute, Megistus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Rivero to maneuver through the defense. Ariel Qwinton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Şevket Çağa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adan Paio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pankracy Glogowski having to interfere. A collision led to Megistus getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Jose Bertol hit a great ball. Şevket Çağa's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 84thth minute, Ariel Qwinton skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Şevket Çağa got free with Ariel Qwinton in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 85 minutes into the game, Club Atlético Atlanta's Şevket Çağa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ariel Qwinton made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-8. The crowd rose to their feet as Club Atlético Atlanta's Marcos Berdoi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ariel Qwinton. That made the score 1-9 after 88 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Atlanta's Santos Oskitz got a free kick in the 96th minute. When the match was over Club Atlético Atlanta could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Megistus throughout the match.
