After recieving a nice pass, Donadeu AFC's Damian Urtsua tried to score from far away in the 8th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 10th minute, Dan Nilsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anastasio Ursino in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edelmiro Abeitia saved PICO y PALA from getting behind. In the 16th minute Anastasio Ursino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edelmiro Abeitia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th match minute, PICO y PALA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laureano Montae to maneuver through the defense. Edelmiro Abeitia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mihăiţă Stanomir went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 23 minutes Donadeu AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Laureano Montae who took care of the corner kick. The corner led PICO y PALA's Laureano Montae to fire away a dangerous shot which Artturi Kaven despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Artturi Kaven made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luan Fantini in the 25th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Anastasio Ursino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edelmiro Abeitia. PICO y PALA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anastasio Ursino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After some careless play in the PICO y PALA defense, Anastasio Ursino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edelmiro Abeitia. The PICO y PALA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edelmiro Abeitia should have stopped the shot. Mihăiţă Stanomir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Dan Nilsson fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PICO y PALA's protests and gave Dan Nilsson a yellow card for diving instead. Dan Nilsson kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Edelmiro Abeitia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anastasio Ursino in the 41st minute of the match. Edelmiro Abeitia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mihăiţă Stanomir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute, Anastasio Ursino made a precise shot to the right of Edelmiro Abeitia. PICO y PALA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Laureano Montae to make the kick off. Dan Nilsson hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. A sloppy throw-in by Necaettin Erzan in the 53rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Donadeu AFC's Damian Urtsua. In the 53rd minute, Damian Urtsua fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Edelmiro Abeitia, passed just outside the right post. Artturi Kaven showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luan Fantini, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Artturi Kaven showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laureano Montae in the 67th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Octavio Iraido left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PICO y PALA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. Edelmiro Abeitia didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 83rd minute, which inside left pole to 1-6. In the 94th minute Luan Fantini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artturi Kaven saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Donadeu AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Donadeu AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
