Despite this Severo Bonifaco quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 45 played minutes Defensores del Albinegro got a freekick which was hit by Li Sha Yuan. A collision led to C.A.Independiente getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Niceto Rio hit a great ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cesar Gutierrez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Defensores del Albinegro's Clemente Manco got control of the ball when Fidel Lertxun tried to sneak it across the goal line. Severo Bonifaco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesar Gutierrez, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Clemente Manco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlitos Prezioso in the 58th minute of play. Ildefonso Balesio's late challenge caught a C.A.Independiente's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ildefonso Balesio helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Defensores del Albinegro's Ildefonso Balesio got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Fidel Lertxun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Ivan Dalmu fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Defensores del Albinegro's protests and gave Ivan Dalmu a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of C.A.Independiente booed when Defensores del Albinegro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Dalmu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 68 minutes, Clemente Manco successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 70 minutes into the match, Defensores del Albinegro's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Bizi came free, but Clemente Manco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clemente Manco made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Fidel Lertxun sent off a good shot on target. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind C.A.Independiente's goalkeeper Severo Bonifaco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. C.A.Independiente's Carlitos Prezioso got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Defensores del Albinegro's Clemente Manco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Defensores del Albinegro from getting a goal against them. 77 minutes into the game, Cesar Gutierrez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
