An unexpectedly hard shot by Angel Urbasa in the 25th minute of play forced Club Dep. Union Madereros's goalkeeper Ignacio Selatse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Club Dep. Union Madereros's Hermengildo Jakue was substituted for Alfonso Deunoro. After some careless play in the Club Dep. Union Madereros's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edgardo Rozarius who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Wallace FC's corner Edgardo Rozarius fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ignacio Selatse quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of Wallace FC booed when Club Dep. Union Madereros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Uriel Policarpio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ignacio Selatse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramiro Liberto, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Karsten Sundli could shoot a difficult shot in the 97th minute, which Ignacio Selatse however easily saved by the left post. When the match was over Wallace FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Club Dep. Union Madereros throughout the match.
