An unexpectedly hard shot by Casimiro Eneas in the 9th minute of play forced Iguazú fútbol club's goalkeeper Teobaldo Libertad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Feliciano Bastia came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Iguazú fútbol club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Feliciano Bastia couldn't finish the play. Jean Siqueira charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jean Siqueira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jean Siqueira kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Joaquin Eufemio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. AgroVet United's Paolo Gimenez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Modesto Bixintxo in the 31st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquin Eufemio in the 34th minute of play forced Iguazú fútbol club's goalkeeper Teobaldo Libertad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 37 minutes AgroVet United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joaquin Cibran who took care of the corner kick. The Iguazú fútbol club fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when Iguazú fútbol club's Modesto Bixintxo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Modesto Bixintxo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. David Gerazan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Modesto Bixintxo made a kick off. Jean Siqueira in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Paolo Gimenez, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Teobaldo Libertad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casimiro Eneas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 66 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Casimiro Eneas sped through Iguazú fútbol club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Teobaldo Libertad. Paolo Gimenez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jean Siqueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. After some careless play in the AgroVet United defense, Jean Siqueira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paolo Gimenez. The AgroVet United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paolo Gimenez should have stopped the shot. Modesto Bixintxo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 80 played minutes AgroVet United got a freekick which was hit by Mario Salvidor. Jean Siqueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paolo Gimenez having to interfere. 88 minutes into the match, AgroVet United's goal looked a bit too open when Feliciano Bastia came free, but Paolo Gimenez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute of the match Iguazú fútbol club got a corner. AgroVet United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joaquin Cibran ran over to the corner to take the kick. Iguazú fútbol club's Joaquin Cibran was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Paolo Gimenez in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Jedrzej Hajto hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Iguazú fútbol club had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
