Cochrane FC's Faustino Rico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Sidro in the 5th minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, Cochrane FC's goalkeeper Faustino Rico had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Beto Alonso. 8 minutes into the match, Cochrane FC's goal looked a bit too open when Beto Alonso came free, but Faustino Rico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baldomero Heriberto struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Faustino Rico didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HIJOS DE BUJAN F.C.. Cochrane FC's Faustino Rico proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Cochrane FC from getting a goal against them. 白斌景 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Damian Demesio's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. In the 23rd minute Damian Demesio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 白斌景 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Cochrane FC's Damian Demesio got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Mariano Sidro scored 2-0 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Faustino Rico, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

After 51 minutes, Prospero Gutierrez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cochrane FC and the HIJOS DE BUJAN F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Cochrane FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Prospero Gutierrez hit a great ball. Faustino Rico came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by HIJOS DE BUJAN F.C.'s Baldomero Heriberto. But to his dismay, Baldomero Heriberto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Beto Alonso during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 60th minute, Beto Alonso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Prospero Gutierrez got his second yellow card in the match during the 66th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Cochrane FC's Prospero Gutierrez got a free kick in the 67th minute. HIJOS DE BUJAN F.C.'s Javier Ruben was substituted for Mariano Sidro. HIJOS DE BUJAN F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Melquiades Mitxel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Javier Ruben's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Faustino Rico read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. HIJOS DE BUJAN F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Beto Alonso in the 81st minute. Cochrane FC's Faustino Rico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Javier Ruben in the 83rd minute of play. In the 86th minute, Beto Alonso made a precise shot to the right of Faustino Rico. Cochrane FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Javier Ruben in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Faustino Rico saved Cochrane FC from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Cochrane FC's zone, Blas Regis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Faustino Rico came out of the goal and Blas Regis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Beto Alonso managed to get in a good position for a shot. HIJOS DE BUJAN F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Beto Alonso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Faustino Rico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Melquiades Mitxel made in the 95th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Cochrane FC's Saul Gaufred. In the 96th minute Javier Ruben shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faustino Rico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that HIJOS DE BUJAN F.C. were the better team. HIJOS DE BUJAN F.C.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
