The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Silverio Berart shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Tancredo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Desiderio Montel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ladislao Hibai in the 10th minute of the match. When Nueva Lepra FC's Ladislao Hibai in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Village Saint Charles FRC's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ladislao Hibai in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Desiderio Montel saved Village Saint Charles FRC from getting behind. Leonardo Tancredo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Llorienzo Varela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leonardo Tancredo came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Village Saint Charles FRC's Llorienzo Varela. But to his dismay, Llorienzo Varela quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Jorge Martino struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Desiderio Montel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nueva Lepra FC. With an all-out effort, Nueva Lepra FC's Desiderio Montel threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ladislao Hibai, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Eloy Dominic might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Desiderio Montel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eloy Dominic ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Village Saint Charles FRC's Desiderio Montel got control of the ball when Eloy Dominic tried to sneak it across the goal line. Desiderio Montel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eloy Dominic in the 31st minute. After taking down the ball on Nueva Lepra FC's corner Jorge Martino fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Desiderio Montel quite easily take care of the ball. After a rather tough play, Nueva Lepra FC's Jacobo Beti got a free kick in the 35th minute. After 36 played minutes, Village Saint Charles FRC's Doctor Alban shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Leonardo Tancredo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Village Saint Charles FRC reached it. Leonardo Tancredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Llorienzo Varela in the 37th minute of the match. In the 41st minute Hector Herensuge shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Tancredo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th match minute, Nueva Lepra FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerson Arce to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Village Saint Charles FRC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Hector Herensuge made the kick off in the second half. 50 minutes into the match, Nueva Lepra FC's goalkeeper Leonardo Tancredo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hector Herensuge. Desiderio Montel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eloy Dominic, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Village Saint Charles FRC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Silverio Berart hit a great ball. Leonardo Tancredo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hector Herensuge in the 54th minute. Leonardo Tancredo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hector Herensuge, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Silverio Berart kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. With his leg Leonardo Tancredo managed to avoid a goal in the 62ndth minute, when Village Saint Charles FRC's Hector Herensuge fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Desiderio Montel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Martino, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Leonardo Tancredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerasimos Tzanetakos in the 73rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ladislao Hibai in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Desiderio Montel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jacobo Beti lost his temper 77 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 77th minute, one of Nueva Lepra FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Nueva Lepra FC. Leonardo Tancredo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michael Corleone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hector Herensuges short, quick shot in the 86thth minute got Leonardo Tancredo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 88 minutes had been played when some careless play by Nueva Lepra FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Doctor Alban was slow to take the kick. During this time Village Saint Charles FRC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Village Saint Charles FRC's Llorienzo Varela to a score. 0-2 in the 88th minute. With a little luck, Nueva Lepra FC's Leonardo Tancredo got control of the ball when Llorienzo Varela tried to sneak it across the goal line.
