The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cascadia United. In the 30th minute, Miguel Ángel Benito reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Iker Medina. The goal made the score 2-0. Maciej Karwowski struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Leonel Rocco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TALLERES. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miguel Ángel Benito in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iker Medina saved TALLERES from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miguel Ángel Benito in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iker Medina prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
