In the 7th minute Andres Calamaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anastasio Stanislao saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anastasio Stanislao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio-Paul Caniggia in the 8th minute of the match. Prudencio Licerio hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Psycho-Circus's Claudio-Paul Caniggia got a free kick in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andres Calamaro in the 14th minute of play forced Soy Cordobés AFC's goalkeeper Anastasio Stanislao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the game, Andres Calamaro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Anastasio Stanislao was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 28thth minute of the game Andres Calamaro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Soy Cordobés AFC's Anastasio Stanislao was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Soy Cordobés AFC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Erubiel Fix hit a great ball. Soy Cordobés AFC's Anastasio Stanislao played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio-Paul Caniggia in the 29th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Adolfo Salvino made a precise shot to the right of Anastasio Stanislao. Soy Cordobés AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. In the 33rd minute, Claudio-Paul Caniggia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Psycho-Circus fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. After a defensive mix-up in Soy Cordobés AFC's zone, Andres Calamaro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anastasio Stanislao came out of the goal and Andres Calamaro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Soy Cordobés AFC defense, Enrique Najarro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anastasio Stanislao. The Soy Cordobés AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anastasio Stanislao should have stopped the shot. In the 41st minute, Andres Calamaro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Psycho-Circus fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. Andres Calamaro took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anastasio Stanislao. Anastasio Stanislao dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. In the 47th minute, Silvio Foro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anastasio Stanislao was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-8 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Claudio-Paul Caniggia was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Soy Cordobés AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Claudio-Paul Caniggia came free, but Anastasio Stanislao reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Soy Cordobés AFC's Anastasio Stanislao got control of the ball when Silvio Foro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Andres Calamaros short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Anastasio Stanislao to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Andres Calamaro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Anastasio Stanislao made a huge save. Anastasio Stanislao took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adolfo Salvino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anastasio Stanislao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio-Paul Caniggia in the 71st minute of the match. Psycho-Circus's Isaias Serapio was substituted for Andres Calamaro. The throw-in from Silvio Foro in the 74th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Soy Cordobés AFC's Armando Ospin. In the 89th minute Adolfo Salvino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anastasio Stanislao saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Soy Cordobés AFC's goalkeeper Anastasio Stanislao had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isaias Serapio. In the 91st minute, Čubrilo Romero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Psycho-Circus made a substitution. Marcos Petrigai replaced Claudio-Paul Caniggia. After a rather tough play, Psycho-Circus's Taniel Jaanovits got a free kick in the 94th minute. Psycho-Circus played a much better game than Soy Cordobés AFC and deserved their victory. The Soy Cordobés AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
