Marcelo Montrel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Loi in the 14th minute of the match. In the 17th minute, Albino Rodriguez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aerolineas Argentinas FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Sebastián Erasto took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcelo Montrel. Marcelo Montrel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Evaristo Cordareo sped through EVERTON de CHILE's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marcelo Montrel. In the 26th minute Fernando Neto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julián Valla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute, Marcos Loi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcelo Montrel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. 31 minutes into the game, Hector Gotzon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. EVERTON de CHILE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aerolineas Argentinas FC the free kick. Hector Gotzon kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. A collision led to EVERTON de CHILE getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Adrian Eliu hit a great ball. Marcelo Montrel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manuel Markel went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Sebastián Erasto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Marcelo Montrel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. EVERTON de CHILE's Marcelo Montrel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Loi in the 39th minute of play. Aerolineas Argentinas FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Manuel Markel in the 40th minute. After taking down the ball on Aerolineas Argentinas FC's corner Manuel Markel fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Marcelo Montrel quite easily take care of the ball. Albino Rodriguez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Robustiano Santo kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Julián Valla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Neto, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. 48 minutes into the match, Marcos Loi notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of EVERTON de CHILE's Marcelo Montrel. Marcelo Montrel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hector Gotzon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Iker Segio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Marcelo Montrel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcelo Montrel came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Sebastián Erasto. But to his dismay, Sebastián Erasto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. Sebastián Erasto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Montrel having to interfere. Marcelo Montrel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albino Rodriguez in the 62nd minute of the match. After 64 minutes of play, Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Evaristo Cordareo made it 0-10 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcelo Montrel was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, EVERTON de CHILE's Marcelo Montrel got control of the ball when Evaristo Cordareo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 69th minute, Albino Rodriguez fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Marcelo Montrel, passed just outside the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evaristo Cordareo got free with Marcelo Montrel in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 73 minutes into the match, EVERTON de CHILE's goalkeeper Marcelo Montrel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evaristo Cordareo. 76 minutes into the match, Evaristo Cordareo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcelo Montrel. EVERTON de CHILE's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Evaristo Cordareo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-12. Aerolineas Argentinas FC made a substitution. Stacy Doll replaced Marcos Loi. Evaristo Cordareo made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 83rdth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Marcelo Montrel would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. After a rather tough play, EVERTON de CHILE's Hector Gotzon got a free kick in the 87th minute. Aerolineas Argentinas FC made a substitution. Daryl Lutz replaced Evaristo Cordareo. The supporters of Aerolineas Argentinas FC booed when EVERTON de CHILE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hector Gotzon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daryl Lutz in the 89thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marcelo Montrel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.
