Zeledon Fanuco didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 5th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. The Coloma FC fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when Coloma FC's Bernardo Romeo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Bernardo Romeo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 12th minute. Coloma FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After a rather tough play, Prochnost's Braulio Tab got a free kick in the 12th minute. Coloma FC's Bernardo Romeo got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bernardo Romeo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zeledon Fanuco having to make a save. With a little luck, Prochnost's Zeledon Fanuco got control of the ball when Bernardo Romeo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arturo Hanni's late challenge caught a Coloma FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arturo Hanni helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Prochnost getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Arturo Hanni hit a great ball. If Bernardo Romeo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zeledon Fanuco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bernardo Romeo's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. Bernardo Romeo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 31stth minute tested the skills of Zeledon Fanuco when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Bernardo Romeo might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zeledon Fanuco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. After 44 played minutes Coloma FC got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Lizer. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bernardo Romeo made a kick off. After 54 minutes of play, Prochnost's Felix Bøthun made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roman Fanuco was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Teobaldo Cordarrell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edgard Gora sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bernardo Romeo might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zeledon Fanuco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bernardo Romeo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 65th minute, Reynaldo Baladi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Romeo in the 67th minute of play forced Prochnost's goalkeeper Zeledon Fanuco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roman Fanuco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roque Olentzaro in the 69th minute of the match. Zeledon Fanuco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Romeo, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Zeledon Fanuco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Romeo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st minute Bernardo Romeo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeledon Fanuco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernardo Romeo might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zeledon Fanuco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bernardo Romeo ran back to his position shaking his head. 82 minutes into the match, Prochnost's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Romeo came free, but Zeledon Fanuco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Bernardo Romeo put it in 5-1 from a short distance just to the right of Zeledon Fanuco. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Prochnost's goalkeeper Zeledon Fanuco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bernardo Romeo might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zeledon Fanuco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bernardo Romeo ran back to his position shaking his head. Bernardo Romeo took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zeledon Fanuco. Zeledon Fanuco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. In the 94th minute, Roque Olentzaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Edgard Gora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
