Alonso Suloaga made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Kip William sent off a good shot on target. 6 minutes into the match, Silverio Ofelio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Blas Aritza. La Acade's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Silverio Ofelio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Kip William who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Alonso Suloaga when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Kip Williams short, quick shot in the 11thth minute got Alonso Suloaga to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Kanalla F.C's Alonso Suloaga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Kanalla F.C from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Marcelinho Carioca's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Blas Aritza was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Marcelinho Carioca put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Blas Aritza. A collision led to Kanalla F.C getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Javi Milei hit a great ball. Alonso Suloaga was a little too slow when Kip William got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 1-2. Silverio Ofelio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lisandro Quintyn hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Silverio Ofelio to make the kick off. Alonso Suloaga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kip William, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stelian Avram kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Kip William blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alonso Suloaga having to make a save. In the 68th minute Kip William shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alonso Suloaga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kip William's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alonso Suloaga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Kanalla F.C's Alonso Suloaga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kip William in the 74th minute of play. Rene Odon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blas Aritza having to interfere. Silverio Ofelio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Kanalla F.C's Rene Odon got a free kick in the 90th minute. Felipe Saturnin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alonso Suloaga having to make a save. Vladimiro Sazon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
