Tadeo Pere was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Teobaldo Montrell received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tadeo Pere came out and tried to block the shot, but Teobaldo Montrell slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 15th minute. In the 21st minute, Arnulfo Xacintu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Falencia CF's Tadeo Pere proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Falencia CF from getting a goal against them. Falencia CF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ezequiel Niva in the 29th minute. Falencia CF's Ezequiel Niva was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Andres Ariando in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The supporters of Monsalvo booed when Falencia CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baldomero Urre didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Falencia CF's goal looked a bit too open when Lisandro Nafarroa came free, but Tadeo Pere reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the game, Baldomero Urre was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Falencia CF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Monsalvo the free kick. The supporters of Monsalvo booed when Falencia CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baldomero Urre didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teobaldo Montrell got free with Tadeo Pere in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 40th minute, Paulino Ekhi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tadeo Pere. The goal made the score 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ezequiel Niva in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andres Ariando saved Monsalvo from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Claudio Iratzeder got free with Andres Ariando in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulino Ekhi in the 62nd minute of play forced Falencia CF's goalkeeper Tadeo Pere to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tadeo Pere showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teobaldo Montrell in the 75th minute of the match. Falencia CF's Tadeo Pere played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lisandro Nafarroa in the 76th minute of play. Tadeo Pere came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Monsalvo's Teobaldo Montrell. But to his dismay, Teobaldo Montrell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. 81 minutes into the game, Teobaldo Montrell cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Tadeo Pere was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulino Ekhi in the 86th minute of play forced Falencia CF's goalkeeper Tadeo Pere to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th match minute, Falencia CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ezequiel Niva to maneuver through the defense. Monsalvo walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
