Remzi Oruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Aldo Tono came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Vαʅʅιɱαɳƈα FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aldo Tono couldn't finish the play. Primitivo Urritz charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Primitivo Urritz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 13th minute, Primitivo Urritz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Primitivo Urritz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Kim-André van der Schans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Remzi Oruz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amancio Ihintza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. When Vαʅʅιɱαɳƈα FC's Remzi Oruz in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ferro General Pico's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remzi Oruz in the 26th minute of play forced Ferro General Pico's goalkeeper Amancio Ihintza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Remzi Oruz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amancio Ihintza was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Remzi Oruz put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Amancio Ihintza. After 29 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ferro General Pico! Amancio Ihintza had in the 30thth minute some difficulties stopping Ratan Ayala's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After a long run with the ball, Ratan Ayala did a trick in the 30th minute in front of Ferro General Pico's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 0-3. An impressive performance by Vαʅʅιɱαɳƈα FC's Ratan Ayala! 33 minutes into the match, Remzi Oruz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amancio Ihintza. Ferro General Pico's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Remzi Oruz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. 36 minutes into the game, Vαʅʅιɱαɳƈα FC's Remzi Oruz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amancio Ihintza made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. The supporters of Vαʅʅιɱαɳƈα FC booed when Ferro General Pico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodosio Astigar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Honorio Geleberto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Matias Roland hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Epifanio Leoncio made a kick off. Vαʅʅιɱαɳƈα FC's Kim-André van der Schans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Epifanio Leoncio in the 53rd minute of play. 55 minutes into the game, Aldo Tono cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Amancio Ihintza was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ferro General Pico's Amancio Ihintza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remzi Oruz in the 61st minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Iago Matas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Gregorio Baldovino came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Ferro General Pico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gregorio Baldovino couldn't finish the play. Remzi Oruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th minute Aldo Tono shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amancio Ihintza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Vαʅʅιɱαɳƈα FC's Remzi Oruz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Amancio Ihintza. That made the score 0-8 after 72 minutes of play. Remzi Oruz might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amancio Ihintza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Remzi Oruz ran back to his position shaking his head. 76 minutes into the match, Vαʅʅιɱαɳƈα FC's Remzi Oruz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Amancio Ihintza narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Ferro General Pico getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Maximiliano Cordara hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Remzi Oruz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amancio Ihintza was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Remzi Oruz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amancio Ihintza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Ferro General Pico's goal looked a bit too open when Remzi Oruz came free, but Amancio Ihintza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Remzi Oruz in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amancio Ihintza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vαʅʅιɱαɳƈα FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
