Esteban Ignado's late challenge caught a The Falkland Islands's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Esteban Ignado helped the player get up and apologised. After 32 minutes of play, The Falkland Islands's Herminio Lucero made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacinto Nayely was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 35 played minutes The Falkland Islands got a freekick which was hit by Alejandro Furman. Jacinto Astigar took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jacinto Nayely. Jacinto Nayely dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Ciclista FC's Jacinto Nayely played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacinto Astigar in the 41st minute of play. A collision led to Ciclista FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Fidel Oihenarte hit a great ball. The Ciclista FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. The Falkland Islands were winning 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cenan Savlet stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Ciclista FC's Jacinto Nayely got control of the ball when Herminio Lucero tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ciclista FC:s Jacinto Nayely showed great skill when he stopped Cirilo Nuno:s penalty. The audience thought a goal was coming when Herminio Lucero got free with Jacinto Nayely in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
