Osoitz Rescuro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonio Ubarna in the 3rd minute of the match. Bahia Sporting Club's Osoitz Rescuro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Ubarna in the 3rd minute of play. Osoitz Rescuro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Edvin Dalgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 17thth minute of the game Gilberto Guillem who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Racing Club's Francisco Raymond was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Osoitz Rescuro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Edvin Dalgren in the 20th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Antonio Ubarna left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Racing Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 31 minutes into the game, Racing Club's Antonio Ubarna nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Osoitz Rescuro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. If Sven-Edvin Dalgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute Sven-Edvin Dalgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osoitz Rescuro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Osoitz Rescuro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Ubarna in the 37th minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Darell Beltre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 44 played minutes, Racing Club's Carolo Indalecio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Osoitz Rescuro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Racing Club reached it. Racing Club's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Gilberto Guillem 47 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gilberto Guillem to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Sven-Edvin Dalgren notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Bahia Sporting Club's Osoitz Rescuro. Osoitz Rescuro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Bahia Sporting Club's Osoitz Rescuro got control of the ball when Sven-Edvin Dalgren tried to sneak it across the goal line. Racing Club's Ivan Flor quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Benicio Haritzeder, made in the 61st minute of the game. Natalio Karlo hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Osoitz Rescuro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Edvin Dalgren in the 65th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the match, Bahia Sporting Club's goalkeeper Osoitz Rescuro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antonio Ubarna. Darell Beltre recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 76 minutes into the game, Bahia Sporting Club's Darell Beltre nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Francisco Raymond made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Bahia Sporting Club made a substitution. Ludvig Nässén replaced Gilberto Guillem. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludvig Nässén in the 84th minute of play forced Racing Club's goalkeeper Francisco Raymond to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 89 played minutes Sven-Edvin Dalgren rounded Bahia Sporting Club's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-4. After 91 played minutes Racing Club got a freekick which was hit by Marco Nisio. The supporters of Racing Club booed when Bahia Sporting Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseo Pirro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 94 minutes into the game, Natalio Karlo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bahia Sporting Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Racing Club the free kick. After a rather tough play, Bahia Sporting Club's Natalio Karlo got a free kick in the 94th minute. Antonio Ubarna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osoitz Rescuro having to interfere. The Bahia Sporting Club supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Racing Club's performance. The match ended with a win for Racing Club.
