With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hipolito Ignado in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg David Baur saved Kukombo FC from getting behind. In the 10th minute Hipolito Ignado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Baur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chupingo el Pame's Hermengildo Maura got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Chupingo el Pame fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Chupingo el Pame's Hipolito Ignado looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gaudencio Oalo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 22nd minute Hipolito Ignado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Baur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Russ Schultz was a little too slow when Gustav Ramfjord got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 1-1. In the 36thth minute of the game Gustav Ramfjord who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chupingo el Pame's Russ Schultz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hipolito Ignado in the 39th minute of play forced Kukombo FC's goalkeeper David Baur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Hermengildo Maura put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of David Baur. David Baur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hipolito Ignado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th minute Chupingo el Pame were awarded a corner. Gaudencio Oalo went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Chupingo el Pame's corner Gaudencio Oalo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and David Baur quite easily take care of the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Kukombo FC's David Baur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermengildo Maura in the 52nd minute of play. Russ Schultz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 龚广镇's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Sixto Maureo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. The corner led Chupingo el Pame's Hermengildo Maura to fire away a dangerous shot which David Baur despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Chupingo el Pame's goal looked a bit too open when Gustav Ramfjord came free, but Russ Schultz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute Hermengildo Maura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Baur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee ignored Kukombo FC's protests and gave Gustav Ramfjord a yellow card for diving instead. After having played for 95 minutes, Hermengildo Maura managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chupingo el Pame's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hermengildo Maura was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Kukombo FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
