Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Serafino Dantae to make the kick off. Julián Atarrabi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Narciso Ranolfo, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. A very good chance. 82 minutes into the match, SAN JOSE FUTBOL CLUB's goalkeeper Julián Atarrabi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Narciso Ranolfo. In the 85th minute Lisandro Montes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignacio Eleder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th minute, Domingos Pueblo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Lisandro Montes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 94th minute, Lisandro Montes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SAN JOSE FUTBOL CLUB fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. When the referee ended the match the SAN JOSE FUTBOL CLUB players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
