In the 6th minute of the match, Emanuel Hernandez tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Olav Suur saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 8th minute, Emanuel Hernandez reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Olav Suur. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 13th minute, Damaso Gotzon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 14 played minutes Punua got a freekick which was hit by Ramon Manuelo. If Fritz Sandberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Olav Suur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fritz Sandberg in the 15th minute of play. Eustacio Felipillo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 18thth minute, Olav Suur skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Damaso Gotzon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 21st minute, Eustacio Felipillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Punua's Olav Suur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Hernandez in the 23rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eustacio Felipillo got free with Olav Suur in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Punua's Olav Suur got control of the ball when Eustacio Felipillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Olav Suur made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Eustacio Felipillo sent off a good shot on target. Aristides Urtats took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damaso Gotzon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 31 minutes CSD San Martin de Burzaco's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Prudencio Bras who took care of the corner kick. Prudencio Bras made a great header on Punua's corner, it was just that CSD San Martin de Burzaco's Aristides Urtats managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prudencio Bras in the 35th minute of play forced CSD San Martin de Burzaco's goalkeeper Aristides Urtats to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eustacio Felipillo got free with Olav Suur in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 47th minute, Adan Etxeberri fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Olav Suur, passed just outside the right post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Damaso Gotzon made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Cosme Abancens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olav Suur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 53rd minute, Damaso Gotzon reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aristides Urtats. The goal made the score 1-1. Olav Suur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosme Abancens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hermengildo Berasko kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After 58 played minutes, Punua's Prudencio Bras shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aristides Urtats came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Punua reached it. 66 minutes into the game, Damaso Gotzon recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Aristides Urtats. Damaso Gotzon showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Olav Suur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adan Etxeberri, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Olav Suur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustacio Felipillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olav Suur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosme Abancens in the 76th minute of play. Emanuel Hernandez hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. The supporters of CSD San Martin de Burzaco booed when Punua was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Uzuri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olav Suur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosme Abancens in the 95th minute of play. Olav Suur didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cosme Abancens went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score.
