Gabriel Tallia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Agustin Artaldo's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Silverio Rufo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julio Hulberto in the 27th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Baltasar Uxio to make the kick off.
