After a rather tough play, Pepomania's Gaston Aguilera got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Rene Ondino made in the 11th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Silverio Ongile. After having played for 17 minutes, Eliseo Gaufred managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ELMUÑE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eliseo Gaufred was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emiliano Claude showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Gaufred, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Pepomania's Ismael Lain managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Rene Ondino in the 26 minute of the game. A nice corner shot did that Gaston Aguilera got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Silvio Nalo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celso Chago in the 34th minute of play forced Pepomania's goalkeeper Emiliano Claude to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Fidel Joachim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emiliano Claude took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Gaufred, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute, Gualterio Gotzon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Silverio Ongile had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pepomania made a substitution. Philipp Morris replaced Sjoerd Baptist. After a rather tough play, ELMUÑE's Matias Artal got a free kick in the 48th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fidel Joachim to strike the kick off in the second half. Pepomania's Emiliano Claude proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Pepomania from getting a goal against them. Emiliano Claude took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Gaufred, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silvio Nalo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fidel Joachim's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Gaston Aguilera's late challenge caught a ELMUÑE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gaston Aguilera helped the player get up and apologised. After 62 played minutes Pepomania got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Aguilera. Pepomania made a substitution. Ramiro Frantzes replaced Fidel Joachim. After a rather tough play, Pepomania's Gaston Aguilera got a free kick in the 63rd minute. ELMUÑE's Celso Chago shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 64th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Emiliano Claude but with some difficulty. Rene Ondino kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Emiliano Claude took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Gaufred, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emiliano Claude made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eliseo Gaufred in the 72nd minute. If Eliseo Gaufred had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Arnulfo Mateo managed to get in a good position for a shot. ELMUÑE's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnulfo Mateo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emiliano Claude breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Emiliano Claude made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Arnulfo Mateo sent off a good shot on target. Arnulfo Mateo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emiliano Claude having to interfere. Arnulfo Mateo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Emiliano Claude firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 94th minute, ELMUÑE's Arnulfo Mateo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Emiliano Claude. Emiliano Claude yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. A collision led to Pepomania getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Fidel Baudelio hit a great ball. In the 98th minute, ELMUÑE's Eliseo Gaufred ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Emiliano Claude. Emiliano Claude yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. The ELMUÑE supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ELMUÑE would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
