Alvar Öberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gugu de Mendonça, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Road To Glory's Gugu de Mendonça in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Club Atletico Rio Tercero's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 9 minutes, Gugu de Mendonça managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Road To Glory's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gugu de Mendonça was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alvar Öberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gugu de Mendonça in the 11th minute of play. Alvar Öberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gugu de Mendonça, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gugu de Mendonça scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alvar Öberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 19th minute, Gugu de Mendonça made a precise shot to the right of Alvar Öberg. Club Atletico Rio Tercero's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 24 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Rio Tercero's goal looked a bit too open when Gugu de Mendonça came free, but Alvar Öberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Saturnino Rubio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ariel Venerando having to make a save. 33 minutes into the match, Gugu de Mendonça notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Club Atletico Rio Tercero's Alvar Öberg. Alvar Öberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Club Atletico Rio Tercero defense, Gugu de Mendonça kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alvar Öberg. The Club Atletico Rio Tercero fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alvar Öberg should have stopped the shot. In the 40th minute, Gugu de Mendonça left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Road To Glory fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The wind increased when Gugu de Mendonça made the kick off in the second half. A sloppy throw-in by Donato Reyes in the 54th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Road To Glory's Leonardo Gaspard. Gugu de Mendonças short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got Alvar Öberg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Alvar Öberg was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gugu de Mendonça showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 56 minute of play. Alvar Öberg came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Road To Glory's Gugu de Mendonça. But to his dismay, Gugu de Mendonça quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Gugu de Mendonça's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 62ndth minute, Alvar Öberg skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With a little luck, Club Atletico Rio Tercero's Alvar Öberg got control of the ball when Gugu de Mendonça tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gugu de Mendonça sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gugu de Mendonça took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alvar Öberg. Alvar Öberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9. 77 minutes into the match, Gugu de Mendonça notched a goal, 0-10, to the right of Club Atletico Rio Tercero's Alvar Öberg. Alvar Öberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 82 minutes Club Atletico Rio Tercero's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gugu de Mendonça who took care of the corner kick. Gugu de Mendonça could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Alvar Öberg made a huge save. 87 minutes into the match, Road To Glory's Gugu de Mendonça sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alvar Öberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 94 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Rio Tercero's goal looked a bit too open when Gugu de Mendonça came free, but Alvar Öberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match was over Road To Glory could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Club Atletico Rio Tercero throughout the match.
