The supporters of Branca Fresh booed when Florida Gulf Coast was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilberto Lekubegi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Branca Fresh's Rodrigo Cambranes got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 65th minute, Lukáš Katačić left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Florida Gulf Coast fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0.
