Pipis Culot made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luiz Eduardo Batista in the 11th minute. Pipis Culot stood somewhat misplaced when Luiz Eduardo Batista came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 11 minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florencio Leoiar in the 34th minute of play forced Municipales FC's goalkeeper Pipis Culot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as El Patriarca ®'s Luiz Eduardo Batista slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pipis Culot. That made the score 2-0 after 36 minutes of play. Alonzo Urbasa hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Florencio Leoiar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eustacio Firmo scored 2-1 in the 50th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nicklas Vennerlund, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. El Patriarca ®'s Nicklas Vennerlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dries De Hondt in the 55th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustacio Firmo in the 56th minute of play forced El Patriarca ®'s goalkeeper Nicklas Vennerlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Municipales FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alonzo Urbasa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
