Nicklas Vennerlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leandro Corderro in the 13th minute of the match. Luiz Eduardo Batista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Cesario Roma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicklas Vennerlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celedonio Ariando in the 21st minute of the match. In the 25th minute Joel Millrick shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicklas Vennerlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 28 played minutes El Patriarca ® got a freekick which was hit by Romelio Raag. If Joel Millrick had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leandro Corderro scored 0-1 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nicklas Vennerlund, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, BFC 1982's Cesario Roma got control of the ball when Aaron Rojelio tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aaron Rojelio got free with Cesario Roma in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aaron Rojelio came free with the goalkeeper in the 46th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Cesario Roma could save by the left post. Nicklas Vennerlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Corderro, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

54 minutes into the match, Luiz Eduardo Batista notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of BFC 1982's Cesario Roma. Cesario Roma was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of El Patriarca ® booed when BFC 1982 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leandro Corderro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 57th minute Aaron Rojelio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesario Roma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th minute, Edgardo Txaran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. El Patriarca ®'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 63rd minute, when Edgardo Txaran scored to the left of an out of position Nicklas Vennerlund, making the score, 2-2. 67 minutes into the match, El Patriarca ®'s goal looked a bit too open when Edgardo Txaran came free, but Nicklas Vennerlund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Eduardo Batista in the 71st minute of play forced BFC 1982's goalkeeper Cesario Roma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the BFC 1982 defense, Luiz Eduardo Batista kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cesario Roma. The BFC 1982 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cesario Roma should have stopped the shot. Aaron Rojelio struck a weak shot in the 74th minute.
