The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Steve Hyuga in the 6th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Cipriano Hulberto kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. After a rather tough play, ManagerZone Academy's Gabino Silva got a free kick in the 10th minute. After a defensive mix-up in ManagerZone Academy's zone, Tejs Richards stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paolo Pereyra came out of the goal and Tejs Richards tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Severino Gomesano in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paolo Pereyra saved ManagerZone Academy from getting behind. In the 23rd minute, Cristo Abadie left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AKD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 28 minutes into the match, Steve Hyuga dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cipriano Hulberto, 2-1. With a little luck, AKD's Cipriano Hulberto got control of the ball when Steve Hyuga tried to sneak it across the goal line. Flavio Dominix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paolo Pereyra having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 40 minutes, Cipriano Hulberto successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of AKD booed when ManagerZone Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabino Silva didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had been going on for 42 minutes Alejo Orain shot a great shot from long distance. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Paolo Pereyra when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. Alejo Orain's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Paolo Pereyra - 3-2 was put on the score board in the 42nd minute. Cipriano Hulberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konstantinos Kermelidis in the 45th minute of the match. In the 46th match minute, ManagerZone Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabino Silva to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Steve Hyuga was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, AKD's goal looked a bit too open when Amancio Ricart came free, but Cipriano Hulberto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Steve Hyuga in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cipriano Hulberto saved AKD from getting behind. AKD's Cipriano Hulberto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konstantinos Kermelidis in the 56th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Steve Hyuga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cipriano Hulberto was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Cipriano Hulberto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amancio Ricart, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amancio Ricart took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cipriano Hulberto. Cipriano Hulberto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. Paolo Pereyra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristo Abadie in the 65th minute of the match. A collision led to ManagerZone Academy getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Remigio Chucho hit a great ball. In the 71st minute of the match Alejo Orain shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paolo Pereyra showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to AKD getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Tejs Richards hit a great ball. Amancio Ricart's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cipriano Hulberto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Cipriano Hulberto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Steve Hyuga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, ManagerZone Academy's Amancio Ricart got a free kick in the 87th minute. Wallace Randall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Cipriano Hulberto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 92 minutes of play, ManagerZone Academy's Steve Hyuga made it 5-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cipriano Hulberto was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to AKD getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Cristo Abadie hit a great ball. Cipriano Hulberto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Steve Hyuga's shot from short distance in the 96th minute.
