An unexpectedly hard shot by Saverio Sagrario in the 6th minute of play forced Rosario central's goalkeeper Batt Man to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 9 minutes into the game, Eliseo Cebo threw the ball into play from the sideline. Rosario central's Fabrizio Barreto quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After having played for 10 minutes, Fabrizio Barreto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rosario central's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabrizio Barreto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Mauricio Tano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 18 minutes into the match, Rosario central's goal looked a bit too open when Modesto Tiso came free, but Batt Man reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mauricio Tano in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Batt Man prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eliseo Cebo hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Batt Man made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saverio Sagrario in the 25th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Mauricio Tano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Batt Man was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Batt Man took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Modesto Tiso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 31 minutes into the match, Saverio Sagrario notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Rosario central's Batt Man. Batt Man was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Batt Man showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Modesto Tiso in the 92nd minute of the match. Batt Man showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Modesto Tiso, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Boulogne F.C. were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
