Primeiro Leto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Academia NOFX getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Guillermo Haimar hit a great ball. With a little luck, Academia NOFX's Hernán Pajot got control of the ball when Remigio Castulo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 43rd match minute, Academia NOFX was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jesus Fertus to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Johan Loria made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Raul Dorio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Primeiro Leto made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Johan Loria sent off a good shot on target. Paulo Richie struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Primeiro Leto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Academia NOFX. Hernán Pajot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fidel Martxelin in the 58th minute of the match. A throw-in in the 64th minute of the game was made by Raul Dorio with Gaspar Laurendi as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Academia NOFX's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Severin Nikić in the 70th minute. A collision led to Academia NOFX getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Paolo Oihenarte hit a great ball. 72 minutes into the match, Academia NOFX's goal looked a bit too open when Domenico Gentili came free, but Hernán Pajot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jesus Fertus hit a great ball. Primeiro Leto was a little too slow when Jesus Fertus got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 2-3. If Domenico Gentili had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hernán Pajot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domenico Gentili, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Johan Loria got free with Primeiro Leto in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Johan Loria kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Primeiro Leto. That made the score 2-4 in the 95 minute of play. The Academia NOFX players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
