Dalmacio Basualdo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Miromir Czeszejko firmly grabbed it by the left post. Miromir Czeszejko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dalmacio Basualdo in the 9th minute. Alonzo Firme hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Gelp 22 defense, Jonas Santiago kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sergio Vistruario. The Gelp 22 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sergio Vistruario should have stopped the shot. Jonas Santiago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Sergio Vistruario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ceferino Ekhi in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sergio Vistruario saved Gelp 22 from getting behind. 21 minutes into the match, Gelp 22's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Santiago came free, but Sergio Vistruario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute Jonas Santiago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio Vistruario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Dalmacio Basualdo could shoot a difficult shot in the 25th minute, which Miromir Czeszejko however easily saved by the left post. Silvano Patrido charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Silvano Patrido the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 26 played minutes Gelp 22 got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Patrido. In the 27th minute, Ceferino Ekhi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sergio Vistruario was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Sergio Vistruario showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulises Berdaitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Sergio Vistruario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Santiago in the 36th minute of the match. Sergio Vistruario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Santiago in the 46th minute of play. After some careless play in the El Lobo defense, Aldo Hori kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Miromir Czeszejko. The El Lobo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Miromir Czeszejko should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aldo Hori to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Silvestre Monte was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gelp 22's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Lobo the free kick. After 53 played minutes Gelp 22 got a freekick which was hit by Silvestre Monte. El Lobo's Jonas Santiago couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Gelp 22. Sergio Vistruario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ceferino Ekhi in the 64th minute of the match. Sergio Vistruario was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ceferino Ekhi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 67 minute of play. Ceferino Ekhi took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sergio Vistruario. Sergio Vistruario dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. After 73 minutes of play Gelp 22's Silvestre Monte was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Gelp 22's Silvestre Monte got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 75th minute Jonas Santiago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio Vistruario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ulises Berdaitz was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Sergio Vistruario was a little too slow when Jonas Santiago got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 1-5. In the 86th minute, El Lobo's Jonas Santiago dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-6. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Jonas Santiago took a quick shot and it went in 1-7 without a chance for Sergio Vistruario to make any attempt to save it. El Lobo's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
